- How early can we load in?
- Standard load-in begins 24–48 hours pre-show. Multi-day build-outs are available for larger productions.
- Can exhibitors ship directly to the venue?
- Yes — we coordinate freight receiving and on-site storage with your logistics partner.
- Is Wi-Fi sufficient for live demos?
- All venues include high-speed Wi-Fi. Dedicated bandwidth and hardwired drops can be arranged for live-streamed sessions or product demos.
